上海：申请英国兰卡斯特大学被拒签详细经历(四)

　　下面是我的拒签信原文：

I am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that you meet the requirements of paragraph 57, in particular:
You are able and intend to follow such a course.
BECAUSE
The course you propose to study is widely available in China. You are already one year in to this course in China, which you are abandoning to pursue same course in UK, which leads to the same qualification at significantly cheaper cost and you cannot satisfactorily explain why you prefer not to finish the course here.
You have been unable to satisfactorily explain why the China will be of any greater benefit from UK and therefore enhance your future prospects and as such I am not satisfied that the cost of these studies is proportionate to your current economic circumstances and advantages that you might derive from this course of study.
I therefore refuse your application.

　　以上就是我的拒签经历。有几点需要说明：

　　1. 我后来去了英国使馆文化教育处咨询，得知英国官方确实从不鼓励学生中断国内的学业赴英留学，但在实际操作中有许多先例，英国许多大学都同意招收在中国国内读完大学一年级的学生，甚至有些学校对此做了明文规定。我的一个校友也是读完大一去读本科的，他今天刚刚得到了签证。

　　2.我签证的时候用的是有条件录取通知书。条件是在大一第二学期的平均分达到85分。我的签证资料中是有成绩单原件的，但面试的时候签证官开始一直在问我有关录取条件的事，我告诉她条件我已经符合了，她也不理我。后来资料全退出来的时候我才发现包括成绩单、学习计划、简历在内的一份资料都没了，所以我怀疑给我面试的签证官根本没有看到成绩单！

　　3.我的资金等等材料应该是没有问题的，都是爸爸妈妈多年的积蓄。
